Black Maple

Black Maple is a hybrid cannabis strain created by Bloom Seed Co. in Colorado from Dulce de Uva and Sherbanger. Unfortunately, Bloom Seed Co. hasn't released a lot of information regarding the strain's genetics. Thanks to its rich concentration of terpenes, Black Maple boasts a very complex aroma characterized by upfront notes of ripe grapes and pepper. Gradually, as you break apart Black Maple's dense nugs and continue smelling the strain, savory notes coupled with hints of sandalwood and gas come to the forefront, creating a rich aroma reminiscent of griddled dough, pancake batter, crispy bacon, and even breakfast sausage. Tying everything together is a honey/syrupy-like sweetness, which may have contributed to the strain's name along with its dark physical appearance.
